1. Acceptance of Terms

Vaulternix ("we," "us," or "our") provides ephemeral communication tools. By accessing our website, tools, or API, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Services

We provide tools for temporary, encrypted communication (e.g., The Lobby, Flash Chat). You acknowledge that:

• The services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
• Data is stored in Volatile Memory (RAM) and is deleted upon session termination.
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from this ephemeral design.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any tool without notice.

3. User Conduct (Prohibited Activities)

You agree NOT to use Vaulternix for:

• Illegal Acts: Furthering any illegal activity, including terrorism, child exploitation, or fraud.
• Malware Distribution: Uploading viruses, worms, or malicious code via file transfer tools.
• Harassment: Stalking, bullying, or harassing other users via anonymous chat.
• Network Abuse: Attempting to DDoS, scrape, or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.

VIOLATION POLICY: While we cannot view encrypted content, if we detect metadata patterns indicative of abuse (e.g., botnet traffic), we reserve the right to block IP addresses or terminate access immediately.

4. No Liability for User Content

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated.

Because Vaulternix utilizes end-to-end encryption and zero-knowledge architecture, we cannot access, control, or monitor User Content. Therefore, we assume no liability for any Content transmitted via our service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAULTERNIX IS PROVIDED SOLELY ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vaulternix, its owners (ADVLST), affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

7. Termination

You agree that Vaulternix may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, and (c) unexpected technical or security issues or problems.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.
